>>25564001. Ust'Ishim and Tianyuan are quite literally not related at all
2. Tianyuan Man was an extremely early East Eurasian who was more genetically similar to Crown Eurasians living in Europe such as Bacho Kiro than he is modern East Eurasians. It's because of this similarity that you can swap at least some of that Tianyuan with IUP European and it will still give same results
3. The best models for EHGs always either use AfontovaGora3, which has significantly less pull to East Asia than MA1 and Yana_UP, or they just model EHG as primarily it's own branch of west Eurasian only being descended a bit from ANE.
4. Eurogenes K13 is meant for modeling modern populations. The components for modern pops literally did not exist in ANE time, so it adds whatever populations ANE contributed to. ANE predates all of those groups
5. All populations with heavy ANE admixture - Botai, EHG, Tyumen, they all were rather light pigmented and there were certainly "Nordic" types among EHGs (blond hair, blue eyes). Yamnaya had very robust cromagnid (europoid) phenotypes and definitely did not look semitic.
6. The only places Yamnaya ever invaded were the Balkans and Armenia. The "Farmers" above are literally half Hunter-Gatherer and exceptionally light skinned, and were invaded by the Corded Ware Culture which was significantly fairer complexioned than Yamnaya and likely does not descend directly from Yamnaya, but from Sredny Stog. One of the reconstructions you show above is actually a dark blond, blue eyed Fayatnovo individual idiot. Most farmers in Europe were significantly darker and many Globular Amphora lineages were absorbed into the corded Ware elite so they were not all "raped""
7. Zero evidence that Yamnaya pigmentation represents all steppe. Especially when the only pigment record of Khvalynsk is blond, half-khvalynsk copper age Armenians have blondism and blue eyes, and Samara HGs (who probably contributed to Khvalynsk) were Blond and blue eye.
