For those of you who don't know, in rural parts of Western and Central Europe there has been a long-standing practice of shops where the farmers just unload their product and go do their own business, placing full trust in the customers to leave the money in the cash register after they take something. It's been around since way before CCTV, and yet it still persisted, meaning [almost] nobody was stealing. But then, came niggers and mudslimes.
