fun fact, industrial pasteurization is more "natural" and "unprocessed" than boiling milk, because the whole point is bringing it to the minimum temperature needed. Boiled milk tastes kind of bad compared to pasteurised milk, because pasteurisation is a lot more gentle on the milk.
