Firstly, the term "ebonics" has been designated as highly racist, offensive and racially charged; it implies that there is something wrong with grammar that does not conform to Eurocentric standards by demanding that verbs, such as "we is" should instead be corrected to "we are", just because white colonizers do it. We now call what you refer to as "eb*nics" AAVE, also known as African American Vernacular English.
