It's less about cognition than behavioral adaptation. Africans and Indians are not adapted to living in our society, nor are we adapted to living in theirs. Maybe there are outliers that can succeed in either direction but we are not adapted as a society. I have no problems with visiting but I feel both have the right to say, "You may not live with us" and well within my rights to determine which cultures are acceptable neighbors, and which are barbaric invaders.
