White is a term which describes the arbitrary and subjective people groups which are considered by different people to have fair skin. It's not an objective standard, and it's up to the individual to describe others as white or not.

There are Aryan people who most consider to be not white, like north indians, they speak an indo European language and some of them even have more yamnaya autosomal DNA than some white Europeans.

There are also White non-aryans, like the Finnish and Hungarians who don't speak an indo European language, however do carry descent from Yamnaya, and Caucasians who have neither, and are descended from hunter gatherers in the mountains. Aryans aren't the only people who have white skin color, it's a genetic adaptation.
