JFK Reloaded was created before 1963 by the Israeli Government, but wasn't discovered by the US until the assassination of Yitzhak Rabin, as he had a copy of JFK Reloaded with him as he died. The copy was later confiscated by the CIA and kept secret until the release of the game to the Public. Yigal Amir himself was a CIA operative charged with eliminating a socialist threat.
