Islamist extremist groups, and other arab rebel groups who despise their own governments due to their opposition to their political views or "Islamic Caliphate" are very easy to take advantage off, sort of like a proxy, so we fund them with weapons and money (often not directly, but through goy nations like the USA) most of these groups dont even know that we are the ones funding them, and continue to destabilize their own regions, until they devolve into chaos. (a very good example of this is Syria and Afghanistan), its necessary to be careful with certain Islamist Extremist groups though (like ISIS) so we sometimes sneak insiders into their high ranks to be able to prevent any plans on israeli soil from happening.
We also make use of some Palestinian organizations, these are mostly organic and we don't fund them, they run on pure antisemitism and hatred, but their attacks ironically help us build support from the Western nations, and to justify our attacks in Palestinian soil.

Anyways, the instability other groups cause and have caused drive the civillian population in these countries to emigrate to the west because the leftist governments do not have strict borders and provide aid and housing to these refugees, but the cultural differences are too much, whites eventually get tired of the Muslims (and even non-Muslim refugees), and the Muslims think the whites are degenerates, but the whites never go beyond spreading their hate towards muslims (sometimes hosting some "islamophobic rally" or "draw Muhammad contest").
However these provocations are enough for several "Moderate" Muslims to turn extremist most of these won't go beyond openly insulting the west and their people and/or calling for jihad (which also fuels this hate cycle) but some of them turn to violence, enacting car rammings, mass stabbings, etc.
This makes the average white even more islamophobic, at this point they forget about us, they are so focused on the Muslims and other refugees they don't realize that we are the reason these people are there, some of them even start supporting Israel solely because of their anti-Muslim hatred.
Eventually there are 2 outcomes, the people get tired and elect a far right pro-israel party that opposes immigration, and kicks these refugees out, but the Islamophobia remains, since the whites believe we are some sort of "natural enemy" of the Muslims, they tend to lean on our favor, they cease caring about the suffering going on in these Muslim countries, allowing us to continue destablizing them and slowly but steadily getting closer to the establishment of Greater Israel.

The leftist government remains, the hate cycle continues, except this time the refugees start outbreeding the whites due to their sheer numbers and fertility rates, possibly outnumbering their population and essentially "replacing" them, this has already been observed in several notorious european cities.

Before you cry about some "fourth reaich" or "white uprising" you won't do anything, all you do is sit on your chair and post on these shitty websites wasting all your time, you dont even breed because most of you have brainwashed yourselves into believing all women are whores or because you are a disgusting fat fuck, chances are you will probably get jailed for antisemitism before you can even get married.
