Episode I sucks, but II and III are genuinely good and even have actual political drama, as opposed to the original trilogy which is just a series of kids movies about a space knight fighting an evil space wizard along with his furry friends who suspiciously look like very marketable toys.

There's only 6 Star Wars movies.

The plot of the entire series becomes even funnier with disney's additions, because now we know canonically that the shitty useles republic AND the shitty useless second republic were both run almost exclusively by women and people of color until White men established the empire and fixed it

I don't need to sign this because I never hated him. I just don't like how Jar Jar played out in Episode I, and honestly George agrees with me because Jar Jar isn't so bad in Episodes II and III.
Episode II needed the politics and the silly, awkward love story to help explain the fall of Anakin. Episode III is one of the best action films ever made.

Only modern Disney is stupid enough to put an actual, very obvious (attempted) rape scene in one of the world's largest, most well known, and valuable family friendly IPs. It really goes to show they don't understand Star Wars when they start making it for soylennials that can't grow up and let something be what it was meant to be. It's like South Park and "adult" cartoons. It pretends to be mature, but it's really not. It's for losers and retards that completely misunderstand what it is to be mature. Even the big Star wars ecelebs miss this pillar of Star Wars, by asking for gore and profanity. They can't grow up either.
