ToS WABAG, ToS movies too, Never gave ToS cartoon a real chance, seemed boring, TNG and onward (TNG season 1 is rough and the revival I think generally gets better in subsequent seasons and shows) are a mixed bag unlike ToS where every episode was a banger.

I know people dog "nutrek" for being woke or whatever but 'trek had stinkers since TNG totally unrelated to progressiveness, incomprehensible etc

It's my heckin comfort show. I wouldn't call myself a trekkie but I love watching random episodes of VOY or TOS; they make you feel like there was a hyperborean future that people back then really believed was waiting for us. The Section 31 movie was terrible but hilarious.
