I just play Hoi4 but my goals are usually pretty each run. I mostly play Old World Blues (Fallout Hoi4 mod). Sometimes it makes me happy to bring democracy and civility to such a savage world or I like the idea of playing evil nations and restoring order with draconian methods. Overall, I just like when my colored blob gets bigger because it makes me feel powerful.
