Yeah kind of. I am not really sure what you mean by "autistic" and "casual" (because you can consider something as Fallout: New Vegas as "autistic"). I've been playing HOI4 recently and while I do think that it's a fun game (if you consider a bar going up and the map changing colours as fun) but it's such a time waster.
