not sure about crusader kings 2 myself, as i havent played it but it looks far more interesting - the tone is more dark comedy rather than the almost empty atmosphere of ck3, also soundtrack is absolute kino and the pool of events is much larger.
i'd probably play ck2 instead if i were you, and since all dlcs have released none of the tutorials will be outdated, its just an all round better game i think, just an older one. my favourite 'tuber for this game is mr samuel streamer (formerly roll1d2) his joris playthrough is really funny, but his playstyle is more roleplaying and slow rather than a quick laugh like isorrow
