He has a good gonial angle,wide lower facial third, low set eyebrows, high profile cheeks, seems that his facial thirds are balanced, good lips, nose shape is ideal, brow ridge angle seems also good. The chin projection seems ideal. He has probably good interpupilar distance and a good FWHR.
Probably the major flaw would be his canthal tilt, but since it isn't a front facing photo, this could be discarded. Keep in mind that all listed above are done with this photo, so it won't be 100% accurate.
Overall he is really attractive, probably a 9/10 imo.
