I actually had to wake up and get out the house to do something in the morning today. Feels like raisin. Body feels heavy, stressed and kinda sick. Is this how the working class feels every single day?

The entire morning routine, from getting out of bed to showering and getting dressed, my body felt heavy and I did not want to move at all. I used to have a job and this is what it felt like. How do people live like this every day?
