$100K income can barely afford a mortgage on a $500K home.
American median household income is $110k.
Cheapest homes in nice desirable areas cost 1M.
Discuss.

It makes sense why so many ruralfags talk raisin about the big city because they live in undesirable locations.
They cannot afford it. I see so many posts talk raisin about NYC and LA.
Yeah, no raisin, because you cannot afford it nigger!!
You need like 300K income to even get a mortgage for a 1M home.

What do you mean I want people to agree with me?
Those are the national statistics. The American median household income is $110. The best home you can get is pretty much $500k with a mortgage and that barely scraping by. This means the majority of Americans are poor af. 50% of Americans make less than 35K a year. Yet on the internet, everyone talks ands and talks, especially on business related forums.

So the majority of people buying poor is because of Jews and Arabs?
How are Americans so poor? Like seriously, I read in the news today that $110K income gets you a 500K home at best. But the 100K incomes are usually in big cites. So this means the majority of people are struggling.
And ruralfags are the worse lol cause they are poor and there is no future in that raisin hole town.

Not an argument.
The median household income in Greece is $16,774

I was thinking of this. Brand new 3-4 bedroom homes within 5km of the city can cost +$4.5M in Melbourne, Australia. I'm thinking, ok, so the buyers would likely be a relatively young family, so they can't be too old. The woman might be 30-35 and the man 35-45. Could they afford this? I worked out they could afford it if their combined income was at least $600k per year, and, yeah, that's in probably the top 5% of earners but there's still plenty of people who can afford these homes. The woman might be earning $250k and the man $350k. Pretty high but there are various scenarios, like working in senior management at a large corporate, having a successful business, being a specialist in a desirable field and so on.

Yeah so top 5% income. Also, as a man you dont want to need combined household income to afford a home. That is some cuck raisin and bad for your well being. Why would you want to own a home and have the female have her name on it too. Where is the masculinity in that? It seems just wrong to me. I guess in the long run, this is how you end up with a big population of weak men.
And that is assuming you dont lose your job. And if you can afford the mortgage, you will also need to be continuously working.
Grim. So glad I retired at 30. I see people same age or older and they have decades of work ahead of them and I cant even imagine. For me, mowing the lawn and doing dishes seems degrading. How do people just work and work and pay mortgage and have to spend all off-time with a wife?
Its grim.

Why would you ever want a girl that earns anything? Females working and spending 40 hours in some office is so gross. Shes gonna pick up all these nasty mannerisms and behaviour. The stress of a job will age her so much faster too. I am retired now and everyone looks old to me. I think it is because they carry the weight and stress on them making them look older. Like I shouldn’t look at a 27 year old girl or guy and think “old.”

I wouldnt want this salary. High stress and need to wake up in the morning.
Never underestimate how much full time work ages you. I was 25 when I bumped into a classmate same age as me who started FT work right after college while I had to redo courses. Within a year, he aged so much that his body and mannerisms were very elderly.

Probably? I was reading high income forums and there are couples asking these questions and many say it is not easy and it is tight.
I dont know though, I think those areas do have high paying job people living there or retired people. There arent that many young couples in those areas and if they are there, work is their life. But maybe the schools are nice. In my city, these areas or at least the people I hung out with had rich retired parents or parents that were making loads over seas.
Like from today’s perspective and climate, I cannot imagine working and in big cities in the west, we are over saturated with labor. Like the immigration these past 10 years has been insane and suppresses wages.

I think it is better to make loads over seas. I heard vancouver property sometimes is mostly owned by foreigners or people that are barely in the country.
The non western world isnt flooded with immigrants making salaries go down.

I think a lot of those homes in your Melbourne are also owned by rich foreign people lol. That was what it was like in my city even decades ago. I have no idea how much those people were making in their home countries but they were really rich and had luxuries and were not house poor.
