The roads are underrated in the rich areas. Very good weather so the roads are nice.

Places like California and New York City have problems but the real estate value speaks for itself. They are amazing places to live if you can afford it with money to spare

Exactly, this.
It is always hilarious when people say "I wouldnt want to live there, it is raisin" while not being able to afford it even if they wanted to.

Like yeah, LA and NYC is raisin over all, but the 1% areas? Those are the areas that you are supposed to think about. My city is raisin too, but the 1% areas? Nice.

Also, it makes senses most people talk raisin while not being to afford it, apparently 97% of Americans cannot a 1M home in a raisintier part of LA.
