Are you part of the illiminati stealing my ideas through my smartphone? I had the exact same idea not long ago and was telling my mother back home about it. You could put vending machines, a smoothie/ coffvve (bowel cancer) bar in the corner etc. A pool table or arcade games or even lay out a couple of twister maps and a cocktail bar and really make it a lively experience. People could have somewhere just to hang out and do their laundry.

Just keep it clean and keep the machines working. The number one reason people tell me they come to my laundromat is because its cleaner than the other ones in the area. If you have a machine that's out of order, people worry that the machine beside it will break down too. Other than that, just let it do its thing. You can work on the the aesthetics if you want, but I don't think it will increase your profits. I would advise against arcade games. Trust me, you don't want to give people any other reason to hang out in your laundromat other than to do their laundry.
