The shoulders are too wide and the hips are too slim.[a] To make a figure appear more feminine, you can make the shoulders smaller and make the hip wider. Men generally have wider shoulders than hips, and vice versa for women (you can use this to clock trannies, btw if that matters). The chin is too sharp aswell.
<The armpits are sinking into the body, and it looks like the shoulders have an extra joint.[b] Shoulders are ball joints attached to the torso so there shouldn't be an extra segment sticking out. From 3rd picrel, shoulders naturally curve downwards when relaxed. This shape comes from the trapezius muscle behind the neck. When tensed, the shoulders contract upwards.
<Some issues with clothing folds.[c] I suggest watching Marco Pucci's video on clothing, but the thing that helps the most is by looking at reference. You can mostly ignore my tips on this one though because I'm rubbish at folds too.
<I really like the diagonal framing, though. This is my opinion no caca care fan about, but I think the hair is too big for the head. The head also looks very small in this context. A larger head and face makes a figure look 'cuter' and shorter as well. From these proportions it looks like soytan is 7ft-tall. You can increase or decrease the size of the head on various figures to make them shorter or taller respectively, try it out with some sketches. I can't say much about the face because I can't draw faces, but I think the eyes are a bit too far up. A human head is roughly 2/3 face and 1/3 forehead.
