Yes. The world building and characters are amazing.
Read the manga/anime for yourself. It’s also got the most creative power systems in newgen Shonen. Basically if people take care of a object they love very much (Like a pair of scissors, gloves, or umbrella for example) the object can develop a soul and turn into a Vital Instrument, powerful weapons acting as extentison of the user’s life force.
