Or Princess Mononoke (movie)

what things do you like?

 133477[Quote]

i like colour books and fingerpainting and collecting bugs

Jokes aside now, I would recommend. Tasokare Hotel. It's twelve episodes long and has a simple plot, girl goes into a realm between life and death.

Yeah, that guy above is right. Along with Princess Mononoke, you should definitely rewatch a lot of Hayao Miyazaki's work first. Although that Totoro thing seemed too slow and drawn-out to me. But "Kiki's Delivery Service" really does feel like something everyone sees first. So stick with Hayao Miyazaki, and then try "Made in Abyss"

should u really recommend a vn adaptation as someones first anime

 133481[Quote]

>>133480
I wonder how many people have watched the shitty umineko adaption as their first anime

 133485[Quote]

>>133478
However realistically, watch whatever you want. As long as it keeps you entertained. I would disencourage sequels and prequels though.

Well I mean, Watamote is a comedy built around Otaku culture much like Lucky Star so it has some references sprinkled in and there such as the Keion scene in one of the later episodes.

Berserk 97 is good but ends on a cliffhanger so you’d have to read the manga (that’s not fished yet and the creator died) to catch up
Also don’t watch dbz watch dbz Kai or read it preferably

It's a good adaptation + the VN does not have an English TL and I assume that OP is not a JOP

Stop putting OP on genuine trash

Reminder the creator hated this adaptation so much that he refused to allow Yotsuba& to ever get an aryanime adaptation.
The manga is funny but the anime sucks.

It wasn't because he hated the anime but his stories just don't fit into the anime format.

This is actually a rumour the man himself debunked on an old blogpost.

Attack on Titan or Deathnote are the best beginner animes
