The anime ending is much better while having the same outcome so yes watch it.
The ending could easily be 8/10 with the anime redoing the retarded dialouge if it wasnt for the insanely retarded after credits and the terrible plot twist about the smiling titan.

The ending was ment to be a complete chudout but Isiyama got a call from (((ZOG))) so he had to tone it down while keeping the same outcome for the ending that he planned for years this resulted in some character assasinations.

The anime dors fix it with the redoing of the dialogue.the ending is much better as a result in the anime just dont watch the after credits because thoose are extremely retarded

Its almost like the deathnote ending where you can say Near used the Deathnoze and its completely fits in and turns a retarded ending into a realy good one. Real shame it'd be realy cool if he randonly rewrote it. The publisher probanly wouldnt be happy but he could leak it somewhere else he himself and us got robbed of a great ending to one of the best stories evertold and got a mediocire version that was toned down and full of plot holes

throughout most of the series, iseyama did an excellent job at creating mysteries and getting you invested in seeing them be resolved
the ending was a sudden fray to an otherwise well weaved story

it sucks balls. ehat i think hapoened is isayama wanted to do 100% rumbling in the story but (((whoever was in charge of releasing the manga))) wouldnt allow it since it seemingly endorses mass genocide so isahama had to scramble to come up with an ending that is basically held together with scotch tape and hope. its probably why after the rumbling begins theres like 10 new plot holes for each panel and fucking nothing makes sense

I mean what we got could've been great if:

This would have been a great ending because only (((Marley))) dogs die. The Justice leauge didnt betray Eldia they just stopped unneccesary killing, and doing so wont result in them getting nuked anyway a few hundred years later. Mikasa and the others would have become heroes and shown the rest of the world that they're not all killing machines like (((Marley))) propaganda made them belive. Thsis would've made everyone innocent survive(mostly) at the cost of Eren's life.

Would Eren choose to let his friends kill him over fighting for his own freedom? NO, Eren choosing to sacrifice Sasha (i.e. chose his plan over Sasha's life) represented him choosing his and Paradis' freedom over his friends. He already went through a whole arc in the first half of Season 3 about not sacrificing himself and valuing his own life - this is why everything he did and went through in Season 3 was totally ignored btw, it was soft retconned so he could regress back into his Season 1 character and so Historia could be completely sidelined from the story.

Was Eren interested in Mikasa? NO, that was a massive, complete retcon. Isayama even said in interviews that Eren only viewed her "as a mother".

Could Armin convince the remaining Marleyans to drop their guns and not shoot them? NO. ABSOLUTELY NOT. The entire series was built on the idea that humans are more irrational than rational. This is why Armin's entire character arc (retconned in Season 4) was about NOT talking things out, about choosing action over talking, why every single time Armin and co. tried to "talk things out" in everything until the final arc Isayama went out of his way to make completely fail (guys with cannons in Season 1, Royal Govt guy they had to torture, Bertholdt Season 2, Bertholdt Season 3, literally every single aspect of diplomacy in Season 4, etc). Having that final scene directly call back to the Season 1 when Armin gave an incredible speech but was rejected due to their ignorance and irrationality (except this time his logic was retarded, like the rest of his ending), but have it work, was Isayama literally lampshading that he rewrote the entire basis of his story for this god-awful ending. Attack on Titan and Hajime Isayama should be forgotten, it's an abysmal insult to anyone with >90 IQ.

And there's the plotholes. Oh my god. I've never seen a show with a new plothole scene-by-scene for episodes straight. The fans of this show are cattle.

Plotholes werent realy a thing until the very end and some are good to be left undiscussed like the Hallucigenia. the biggest plothole i can think of thats not related to the ending is how the founder's powers got divided into 3 by eating the user and then to 9 so whats the limit here they could've gone to a 100 Titanshifters.

The thing is this anime is still perfect up until the beginnig of the rumbling. We got robbed of a masterpiece but its still my favorite and the ending still has an epic outcome it just barely makes sense and a bunch of things are fucked up around it.

That's absolutely false, and was made up by the retarded fans of this show - or, alternatively, Isayama lied to please his fans. Both are plausible. The end of Season 2 is Ch. 50, which released in 2013. Look at the dates on all of these interview responses lmao. #4 just so blatantly shoots down the idea that Isayama had ever intended that, it's hilarious
