I suspect it's going to be the former since niggers (the target audience) will pony up welfare and child support money to play this trash. They already suck at finances, so who's to stop them? All they see is nu graphics and BBLs and that's all the marketing they need.
The latter may happen however, as people are completely disillusioned by the gaming industry and anyone with a functioning brain can deduce that "the most hyped game ever" will be complete propaganda slop.
