i think deltatroon is a 4/10 kinda really basic, at least ch1 was, but my gf loves it so maybe its just really foid aimed

Yeah this. The music is fine if you hear a single track and thats it. As a whole soundtrack, you could put all gorillion of his "songs" in one list and it would be hard to remember more than 5. He reuses the same shit way too often. I get its a hecking motif or however the music is written, but thats meant to be kinda subtle to make all the tracks more cohesive. It's really fucking blatant with deltatroon.

The game was made by troons, for troons. The humour is quirk chungus random therefore funny. The characters are all ambiguous in gender, in both games you play as a troon's ideal homunculus self insert. Undertale isnt as bad as deltatroon, i found papyrus to be fine humour wise the same way cartoon slapstick is funny, but the rest of the characters are all shit.

The community is brimstone but thats only to be expected when the games are like this. The same way you shouldnt be surprised to see that most people playing an .io game are russian or turkish cacas, you shouldnt be surprised that the heckin wholesome reddit game is full of troons and fags

I already went through a phase of writing out blankets about how much I hate Undertale; I can go in detial if you're curious, but overall - Undertale is a mishmash of ideas Toby Fox had in college, coupled with his nostalgiabaiting for older RPG's. The story makes no sense if you dissect it, and the direction is lacking. It got popular because Toby, being a tumblr user, pandered to tumblr users (+ he worked on Homestuck)

Its probably because undertale is from 2016, before troons were such a big thing and faggotry was so normalised. It was made for troons and fags since toby fox is one, or at least acts a whole lot like one, but it was originally played by more normal people. So since it wasnt IMMEDIATELY filled with troons (just had to wait until 2020), its in the position where people assume it was "taken over", when its just shit finally get flushed.

Yeah, i also played it since my sister was obsessed with it. Its incredibly mediocre. Tbh i dont like rpgs much but the game wasnt special in any way, and deltatroon was only worse because the characters are more annoying.

The music completely carries it, other than that it has nostalgia bait graphics and a mid "violence is le bad" plot. At least killing Sans was fun.
Deltatroon, on the other hand, is far more trannycoded and has far more annoying Tumblr/Reddit self-inserts.
