Containment Procedure:
CSP-137 is to be kept inside a locked concrete block with no windows or passages to outside world, except for one weighted tungsten door. At no point of time should said door be opened, except for a standard Maintenance Procedure.
Ventilation and utomatic sewer system should also be installed in the Object's chamber.

Maintenance Procedure:
Once in a period of 3 weeks, trained D-Class personnel of no fewer than three people should enter CSP-137's chamber. During the time of their stay, two persons must always keep looking in the direction of the CSP-137, never leaving it out of field of view, while the remaining personnel cleans the chamber of waste. If one of the viewers feels the need to blink, they should immediately alert the others. When it's time to leave, everyone turns to CSP-137 and walks out backwards, until the door is closed infront of them.

Information:
Object was moved to Site-19 circa 2011. Origin is as of yet unknown, however CSP-137's construction suggests it is manmade.
CSP-137 appears as a humanoid statue made out of concrete and rebar, painted with an abstract pattern on the outside. CSP-137 becomes animate when eye contact with any of it's parts is broken and remains as such until the moment the contact is restored. During that time, Object rapidly shortens distance between any human in it's vicinity. If Object gets close enough, it attacks by turning the vertebrae at the base of the neck by 180 degrees, effectively killing the human.
CSP-137 constantly produces reddish brown substance, chemical analysis of which reported blood and fecal matter. The excretion method is unknown.

Transportation Procedure:
CSP-137 should only ever be transported between the Sites of level 3 or higher.
Five or, preferably, more D-Class and 2 C-Class personnel should enter the Object's chamber, all keeping the CSP-137 within the line of sight. D-Class should raise and place the Object on a wheeled platform in a horizontal position. C-Class should surveil the process and ensure that CSP-137's construct is not damaged in any way. While the transportation happens within the Site, two people should carry the platform, while the remaining follow suit behind them, forming a convoy. When CSP-137 is taken out of the complex, it is to be placed in a specialized transportation vehicle akin to it's own containment chamber. If CSP-137 escapes during the execution of the procedure, code Orange must be instated as soon as possible.
