The air ambulance mission is bugged and if the chopper explodes you won't respawn at the hospital, just remain there. The vigilante mission also broke at least for me, having beaten level 13 the mission didn't end, it just remained with the interface and i had to cancel it myself and lose all the progress. Domo Arigato Domestoboto has a very curious glitch in which if when crossing a door with the domestobot you get called, the domestobot will fall outside of the map, explode, and fail you the mission.
