It's fine, until you hit a progression wall that forces you to buy MTX so you could get equipment to overcome the said wall. Sure you could grind to not spend a single cent, but it's designed in such a way that you could complete all FromSoft souls games at least once in the time you will spend on the grind for LET IT DIE.
Otherwise, it's an ok souls clone with SUDA51 quirks and twists.
If offline verion will have progression walls removed, then it'll be great.
P.S. Do not even think of playing LET IT DIE Inferno. It's SNCA extraction slop that had zero involvement from SUDA. In fact, developers, Supertrick Games, aren't even connected to SUDA anymore because Grasshopper Manufacture is owned by NetEase while Supertrick decided to stay with GungHo.

>>67414The progression wall was why I quit in the first place, but I might check it out again when the offline version drops.
Also I didn't hear about inferno until very recently, when I checked it out and realized suda 51 wasn't involved in any way whatsoever it explained things

I'm pretty sure the offline only game will be paid and will have actual progression.

>>67420>>67481Yea, last time I played it all the way back in 2019, so I don't even know what's up with content in it these days
but these offline version news sure make me want to play it once it releases
it's shutting down on 31st from what I know but when's the release for this offline DLC is still unknown, all devs say is "autumn"
