They literally could've just copied everything that gave warband a soul such as town ambushes, belligerent drunks, feasts etc but they chose not to do that and instead they hid everything behind UI buttons and gigantic cities that make you have to walk five minutes to your destination. Such a small change that made it go from a memorable experience to something that's unremarkable and bland. And the worst part is that they still haven't done anything about it after all these years.

I watch a brit called Budget Builds, he makes videos testing bad pc parts he buys for pennies. He always tests this game and says it's the best optimized game he has ever seen. Is that true?
Also, should i give it a change? i really liked age of empires 2 which i think it's the closest i have got to a game like this.
