These are all of my Ubers, I’m still pretty new to the game
Should I invest in them or do they suck? The dragon has been pretty useless

Hevijak will carry you when you get to mid-late game. I don't want to spoil, but it's probably the best campaign in the game, and there are almost no Ubers as good as he is for it. That being said, he's not very useful early game. Red are pretty easy to deal with and have a lot of alternatives.

Spooky Thundia is good early on if I remember correctly. Late game not so much, but where you are she's probably quite helpful for black enemies.

Hallowindy isn't great, but if you don't have any anti-Alien ubers I could see her being useful. Idk how far in you are, but you'll know when she's relevant if you don't have alien enemies yet.

I’m hardstuck by the fucking nigger kangaroos called “shadow boxers”
they’re basically boss-level enemies that constantly spawn after 60 seconds and kill every one of your units instantly, even meatshields. they have way too much health and instakill all of your units with extremely rapid area attacks. who thought this was ok. (((They)) told me Dark enemies are supposed to be fair and balanced, anyone who beat these fucking dark kangaroos probably is a whale.

What anti-black cats do you have? Weightlifter will probably help you the most if you have him. A stack of a few salon/paris cats is also pretty good. And obviously GET EMPIRE OF CATS TREASURES!!! They are the single-most OP thing in the game, you NEED to have them maxed when possible.

I recommend upgrading Rover Cat as much as you can. It's the single-best anti-alien meatshield by far, it's not even close. It's practically a requirement for Into the Future. Trying to freeze the bears with Castaway/Seafarer Cat can work, that's what I did a lot. Chill Cat does great DPS. Psychocat might be able to help? But I mostly just carried with Aphrodite for much of it.

Oh, and obviously GET TREASURES!!! There's nothing more important than having your treasures maxed.

Chill cat has the dps but gets outranged.
I already have level 30 evolved rover, he’s been pretty useful. Still gets 1shot by Ursa Major.
Ursa Major has 350 range. Mizli or whatever her name is has 400 and psychocat has 365, but is single target.
I need something with high range and alien targeting to defeat Ursa Major.
Should I evolve psychocat instead?
