Never played 1, and I haven’t touched 4 since it came out. 2 and 3 are pretty fun. I think 3 is better in some aspects, but it should have had an option for higher difficulty, and I don’t like that it got rid of the ability to choose if and what to dual wield. The plot also isn’t nearly as keyed because you’re just helping a bunch of italo-spics, half of which are women, destroy their own country for zog by installing a woman president. Whereas, in 2, you’re literally acking infinite Indonesians with the grappler’s yank maneuver (which was also removed in 3) for reasons not even Avalanche fan cares about

just cause 2 is the peak of the series, everything else (including just cause 1) is dogshit that should've been burnt along the sacking of syracuse
