Nagisa+After story (the main stuff) probably took me 25 hours, and the other major characters (Kotomi/Tomoyo/Kyou/Fuuko) probably took around 15 or so hours. Then there are also minor routes that can take 3-8 hours to finish. It adds up after reading it all.
