Fuckboys was getting an official 3d remake and VR game but the creator cancelled it because Scott voted for Trump. Considering that is a reason they would cancel something, if the game was finished then it definitely would've censored some jokes from the original.

It inspired many other fangames but Fuckboys: World looks most promising. Fangames of Fangames usually dont end up well though so dont get your hopes up.

Also while the remakes were cancelled there was a remastered collection 5 years ago. It rebalances the game and adds stuff but the new renders frankly ruin the point of the original and I'd rather play the old versions because of that. The creator seems to be very strict on people reuploading his games but this one has been approved. https://archive.org/details/archived_fuckboys it contains the pre remaster builds.
