shit I care about. Let's analyze the trailer.
<
at 0:15, we see a new enemy, a flower, with a shape akin o ruddin, from chapter 1, which is a nice callback considering it's been 7 years.
<
at 0:18, this is a new battle, which, I suggest, is another unique challenge in castle town. The gimmick is, I suppose, is that you collect objects for mercy points while avoiding dodgeballs or some shit. "New adventures are blooming" - again suggesting the flower theme.
<
at 0:23, gameplay replay, for people who don't know anything about the game
<
at 0:27, new enemy, the notable things are pots which hrow various objects and the text saying "Enemy bloomed", with the introduction of green attacks and changing box background. This will be a miniboss like werewerewire in chapter 2 mi thinks.
<
at 0:30, a strange feather collectable? Maybe a quest or some shit like that.
<
at 0:32, omega flowey attack, to be precise, attack from the cyan soul mode. There is no enemy, and the only party member is Kris. What could this mean? Flowey shadow crystal boss?
<
at 0:34, sliding down the wine. My theory is that this is when we enter the dark world, and this is a reference to a folklore fairytale about a giant bob plant and a guy who sold his cow (if you know what I mean)
<
at 0:36, a swamp with wheat around it. Could be a festival field, what is notable is that the Forgotten Man reffered to a place with wheat in chapter 3 Mancountry. There might be a room inbetween here.
<
at 0:40, the whole setting is referencing hecking japanese buildings, with an open field of pink and gold. I think that dark world is the festival or asgore's flower shop.
