Probably Election Day solo stealth. Stealth can be really jank in Payday 2, but these ones are short and simple enough to make them work really well, and restarting either isn't stupidly punishing because the missions are fairly short. I generally prefer smaller multi-day missions for this reason. Murky Station is another one that can be good.

I like how Payday 2 stealth is seemingly supposed to work, the problem is that it's jank and the loud parts of the game are so punishing to pure stealth builds that it's usually better to restart the entire mission unless you're basically done the mission anyway. The last day of Framing Frame is terrible to stealth for this reason. If it had 2 fewer guards it wouldn't be such a pain in the butt. But PD2 is ancient now and changing things like this would make a handful of autistic nostalgiafags cry endlessly.
