it's the caravan, it spawns your units. The gameplay will also center around sating your units' hunger or else they start attacking you.
anyway I spent an amount of time refactoring the movement system. The same code that's used to move actual pieces is recycled for their tutorial

i thought about that too, and evendoe the human piece is like a king piece in chess and others move faster, I created a solution for this. Now when there are no enemies around, units will use recursive movement system, i. e. you can perform one turn many times in one click.

To implement this feature, I had to use a linked list.
