Notice how almost every important monster character in Undertale is white-skinned (or boned)? They represent the White race, defeated by the Jews (the humans) and forced to coexist with inferior races (the other monsters). The Dreemurrs, who have unmistakeably Aryan features, are the only semblance of the nuclear family in the underground, and they have been torn apart. The White woman (Toriel) abandons her husband and her nobility to live amongst the savages, and urges any newcomers to the underground to be nice and NEVER act in self-defense when the beasts inevitably lash out at them.

The character Frisk is a posterchild for diversity. Racially and sexually ambiguous, wearing both male and female colors, completely expressionless and indifferent to the world around it. A creature that embodies all of "humanity" but barely resembles a human. A golem with no roots and nothing to take pride in, stripped of its identity it has no choice but the path of least resistance, to submit and further the current interests of its Jewish mastermind.

In the Genocide Route, the White man is instead embodied by Sans. The messaging here is very on the nose; he is a skeleton, already dead and aware he has nothing left to lose by acting in his ethnic self-interest. Papyrus is unaware of this fact, and this is alluded to in him not knowing skeletons are related to death in human culture, instead believing they "evolved from humans" (in itself a clever reference to the debunked out-of-Africa theory of human evolution that was invented to mythologize the negro).

I believe this is why the Genocide Route and the entire character of Sans became the most culturally impactful part of the game and resonated in the hearts of millions of young Whites. There is a deep catharsis in seeing the White man, robbed of his people and his future, finally unleashes his primal rage on the enemy after the society that once upheld the false moral code of pacifism has failed him.
