it's bizarre when you consider that the zoomers making these games don't even have real nostalgia for the original aesthetics

another walking simulator, it's coal if not brimstone. No tutorial, at times there are no clues where to go next, and also it's not enough to be a horror. Not spooky at all. I found out that you hold B for running only after completing multiple tasks

>>58614>no tutorial>only figured out how to run after multiple tasksNigger there's literally a list of the controls before you even reach the fucking title screen, are you actually retarded?

anyway gameboy games on pc suck I have no idea why Itchtrannies keep making them

>>58626I'm not usually a fan of it, but the whole Body Worlds theming at the start of the game is what caught my attention. I saw the actual exhibition years back and they did a damn good job capturing the feel of the whole thing even with the limited artstyle.

>>58708The retro style seems to actually kinda be the devs' thing, this isn't their first game like this; they seem to actually enjoy the challenge of working with the limited graphics, rather than just using it as nostalgiabait.
Also, for further context, picrel is a photo from the actual real-life exhibition the beginning of the game is based on. It's pretty morbid to begin with.

Okay, I tried this and it's actually not bad. It's got multiple endings too. The faggot who called it a walking sim clearly didn't play past like the first section, there's quite a few puzzles and you actually gain some ability to defend yourself later on. I'm pretty sure there's still a demo of the like first third of the game hanging around online if you want to try it without spending the money, but if you go through for the alternate endings there's enough content to justify the price, at least in my opinion.

>>58720Liking it for retro graphics is soy, but liking it for gore is aryan
Yet I'm not impressed by it, too pixelated and unrealistic. Other pixel games with gore do it much better, like Blasphemous
