Should I buy a Framework 16 Chud 10/29/26 (Thu) 06:14:11 №43678 [Quote]

Thinking about getting a Framework Laptop 16. Current config:
>CPU: AMD Ryzen AI 5 340
>GPU: AMD Radeon RX 7700S
>RAM/SSD: Not buying either since I already have both
>Price: about $1,800 USD in my country
The main reason I’m considering this is for the repairability, the upgradeability, and privacy. Am I retarded for even thinking about it?

Why choose framework 16 over 13? Do you need the GPU op?
Older ish thinkpad is still better choice if you don't need the GPU I think.
