there's no reason a hacker would target a static website.
besides that, targeting static websites is extremely difficult unless you have an exploit in the webserver itself (no, a buffer overrun is a not useful vector unless it can also bypass ASLR). an exploit like that is one-in-a-million and would not be used against you personally.
