Just enter your BIOS/UEFI and boot from your live USB again.

windows is fine its on another drive/partition. Linux install is probably fine if your ram isnt cleared so just boot back into the liveusb and go back to the install. dont be like me though and kill your power mid update, i corrupted my arch kernel doing that preventing me from using it so i had to reinstall the kernel which is a lot more confusing than it sounds.
