Im in my first year of cybersec and we are doing basics like learning some langauges and im using a 30 euro used (pink) school laptop bhought from my little cousin because xe broke the camera with slime gegegegeg and ive had no issues

What OS will you use? For programming Linux has a better advantage over windows unless you're making Windows apps

'Kay cool. I'd suggest a Thinkpad you can hack with libreboot. They're cheap and reliable, which is everything you want in a machine for work. I guarantee that you'd find a used one on Facebook Marketplace for cheap. Framework, while cool, is expensive and not really worth it if you like in the EU for example.
Libreboot is not a requirement but it's nice to have.
