I think we should be careful with offsiters. Espectially with xitter, 'tok, plebbit, and other shit where's a lot of niggers and nusois. But still pph is terrible and tech is one of the best boards where's no spam, terrible porn bait (windows bait instead but it's just iron), intresting posts, people who are not retarded, no nas brimstone. Basically the best board and I have seen some niggers who are posting on /soy/ instead of /tech/ anything technology related. Btw your monitor you bought for style or it's just an old monitor that your grand grand grand parents were using?

I do have an old laptop that partially turns on (only the fan spins up), I'll tear it down, reset cmos, maybe that encourages it to work

I actually think we should recruit nusois first as baiters won't find the board interesting until there's a base of more than 4 users. I've already been doing this on /soy/ for quite some time with sort of baity images to filter the hunkies. But yeah, the rest of those are generally bad places to look. I don't think any amount of targeting could make them worth it.

I'm almost convinced its done to spite me, but I always drop a >>>/tech/ in the replies anyway. I think everyone should always refer to the board that way because you have to keep in mind that nusois are dopamine addled retards who can't be asked to read the top bar

It's isn't really bait anymore cuz it's just annoying and as a bait 'teens have started using brimstone which is of course will cause a lot of terrible reaction, with that success I'm not will be surprised if as a bait they will use a lot of failtroll terrible stuff, allowing gore is one of the step they made to make soyjak party a terrible place, why they didn't make a board exclusively for gore? That is concering that soy is now not just for sharing soyjaks anymore but bait, weird discussion, themes that are supposed to be on dnb board, etc.

I personally think there is a place for IAS and certain kinds of NAS bait but I too really dislike gore and spam on /soy/. But I despise containment boards. Personally I think there should just be a no catty spam policy and only allow gore on /pol/ spoilered and semi relevant (no gore dump threads, but gorequoting is fine I guess)
