I don't think so
simply because if I'm watching a series and it's only downloading episode by episode, then that means my uptime is overall lower than straight up downloading the entire 200GB series
ESPECIALLY if i'm not watching the entire thing
It's even less relevant if it's a popular show, then why would i worry about throttling download speeds when there's over 50 seeders?

Stop copying my posts. Torrent streaming is not that bad on it's own. I said this to somephono who wanted to make a script to sequentially download everything and delete it immediately after he was done streaming. Sequential would be bad if everyone was doing it by default, but that's not the case. IMO it should be done more intelligently where after the download gets ahead of your video player, it switches back to normal but that would require integration with video players

I have no idea what this nigger means. Downloading by episode and sequential streaming are 2 different things. But yes, only downloading episodes you need if you aren't planning to seed it back >1.00 is courteous.

Because download speed isn't everything you dumb nigger. I can do symmetric gigabit but if I did it 24/7 my ISP would rape me. Bandwidth costs money

My vpn doesn't care about my bandwidth, my isp doesn't put restrictions on me, this sounds like a third world issue
