I use Parabola GNU+Linux-libre-hardened, the OpenRC edition. Unfortunately, it still uses elogind (as a standalone package without other systemd dependencies). It's the only non-systemd Linux-libre distribution, unless you bother to setup Gentoo (or other distro that is as customizable as gentoo). I guess there's also Hyperbola but they want to eventually develop it into a BSD system
