Courts will just stop taking unverifiable technological evidence which will be pretty keyed. And I think surveillance systems will get more tamper proof in the future. Stuff like cryptographic signing with the camera/microphone/etc itself and the time the media was recorded to make it way harder to fake in retrospect. There is already voice cloning technology that can clone anyones voice if you have even a short audio recording of someone talking with 99% accuracy. Deepfaked evidence is much closer than you think
