CachyOS wifi stuck at configuring interface before disconnecting
i am using WPA_supplicant
i am using the latest update
it was working before the last update
power saving is turned off
doing lscpi | grep wireless doesn't return anything
my device is called wlp2s0f0u4
my wifichip is Bus 001 Device 003: ID 0bda:c811 Realtek Semiconductor Corp. 802.11ac NIC
i have tried going to cachyOS ls whatever its called, didn't work
i am currently connected via a phone tether
i have tried reinstalling WPA_supplicant (which was my original networkmanager backend which WAS working before the update, i dont even have iwd installed)

i updated my drivers, reset network manager like a trillion times
i have completely deleted and reinstalled cachyos headers like five times, i did multiple different things from grok.goyai because it helped last time, i have no way of going back to before i updated because i wiped all of my snapshots like a retarded little goy, nothing works, at this point i'd try swapping my backend to iwd but i've changed so much shit that network manager uses drivers wise and installed so much random bloat that grok told me to install that im not sure that'd work.

Ironically enough i noticed that my connection is actually vastly more stable through my phone having it tethered then using my wifi chip, which is kind of funny but at least it doesn't make it unbarable, my last resort will probably be to fish out the wifi chip from my old pc's motherboard and try plugging it into my current pc and see if it'l work, but for right now im completely stuck tethered on my phone my only break being that my internet speed is better through my phone than through my cheap shitty external wifi usb hub thing.
