What would you recommend?

Linux mint debian edition (LMDE) is what I recommend to just werks giggle chats. It's what I use on my work machines. I use Gentoo on everything else but sort of hate it. I hope to make my own package manager that improves upon it one day

void is aids
bsd is keyed
for a noob, use the "debian net-install iso"
i can't recommend bazzite or manjaro but they have some packages built optimized for gaming
