/tech/ - Soyence and Technology

I'm about to set up my internet at my dorm and I want to know /tech/'s opinion. What I want to do is this:
>Use only public WiFi. I might look into only connecting to APs in adjacent buildings to make it harder to narrow down where I am in retrospect
>Route through some snca free VPN only to mask that I'm using I2P
>Route through I2P
>Use a better VPN without KYC like Mullvad as an outproxy
The only problem I have is that I2P isn't like a SOCKS proxy and I need to set up a router on a machine somewhere after the first VPN. Plus I don't think Mullvad can be an outproxy by default. I don't have a VPS or home network that I trust so what do I do?
