Element call seemed cool but then i found links to mossad in that too, since it's the same people who built matrix in the first place.

Tox was an option but it's peer-to-peer and thus more annoying to use, I host my own server for comms, music, and everything else so centralized services (like element call) are an option.

perhaps I'll just set element call up on my server and forget about the glowies.

I do use signal for normal comms, however:

I'll check simplex, heard of it some time ago.

Tor/Onion is a bit much, not that schizo yet.

We poison some of the data by using a signle ip for a few VPN users, however it would be preferable to have someone else host that (mullvad?)
