I would Google around for good guides (W3Schools and GeeksforGeeks are helpful) and Google any questions you have in order to learn the very basics before making small projects on your own. Making projects on your own without just copying from a guide is the best way to learn IMO. Reading official documentation is also very useful, though it can be overly technical if you are completely new to programming. I would recommend heavily against YouTube videos, as they are generally boring, very low quality, and have pacing issues (YouTube guides will often spend tons of time going over SNCA that you would easily be able to skim past if you were reading whilst glossing over important or difficult concepts).
